I order some ammo from Prime and received my order confirmation email. Then I received a phone call from a very nice lady at Prime, Sarah, to tell me they appreciated my business and that my order had been shipped yesterday. It may not be that big of a deal but to me it shows that they care about their customers and are serious about about their business. Thanks Sarah and Prime!

Same results here the first time I ordered. It’s not necessary but it’s a damn nice touch. That’s one reason why I’ve ordered several more cases.
This type customer service make really hope my gun likes these cartridges. if so I will certainly buy more. Competitive price and excellent CS, can't be beat.
