So things I have read lately.

The cartells started growing the weed in America because it's easier to mule money across the border than weed.

The fed's are responsible for the new weed version of the fast and furious to fund the democratic agenda and destabilize the cartells since they are running Mexico and no longer getting thier cut for turning thier backs on the smuggling going on.
