PSA is the Pornhub of firearms . Ok maybe not for the gun snobs but I'm stickin with it .
Pornhub isn't really for porn snobs, but is where we slobs go. Same with PSA, to bad @TheGerman gave up on his PSA acquisition.
Mine have been flawless, but he obviously runs his gear hard. Which I can appreciate and am jelious of. Would like to see him run one hard, and see what failures he has and at what point.

My AR is from PSA . Never had an issue . Runs just over MOA with FGMM and a 1-4 scope . Would like to see what it does with better glass . Older eyes .

It's hard not wanting to but literally everything firearm wise right now with the prices. Had you told me you could piece together a decent AR for 3-$400 (or maybe even less) around 2010, I would have laughed at you until I was blue in the face.

The other side of it is, don't just buy shit to buy it. It's like the people that have 20 shitty $300 scopes and instead could have bought a few really good ones that would last a lifetime. I decided to say screw the PSA and then screw the Stag upper because I already have KAC guns, and it was basically another upper with the bolt carrier that would be redundant for my KAC guns because the bolt is proprietary to KAC. Plus, how many different versions of AR can I actually shoot; I already did this to myself with Mk12 versions hence why I started wanting shorter guns as the 16" barrel on the ModH basically moved my length required down from the 18 inch Mod1. This in turn moved my carbine down to 11.5 because seriously, why carry a 16 at that point that wouldn't have the benefit of a ModH with only overcoming the slight weight increase.

Buy once, cry once is a bitter pill for some. That's why I took a "slightly" more expensive approach with this. Think long division. 10.5" goes into a vehicle with greater ease than 16", as you note. Now I'm sorely tempted by the idea of shuffling bits and pieces around and doing a Krinkov in 5.45x39. Damn sad that we have to think in such terms here in the Motherland, isn't it? Hell, we're heading for pure Bosnia at this rate.

I have a legit Tula AK74 Krinkov SBR in 5.45. It's nice and its shorter to your body than a pistol would be when you have it aimed. The downside is some of the features on an AR we've all become used to really hinder you; primarily the shitty rock and lock mag system and no last round hold open.

For running weapons in vehicles, you primarily will want a pistol thats somewhere easily gotten to when seated. Things like SMGs work well in vehicles but start to suck on a dismount where you may not be 'attached' to the vehicle/convoy and are now having to shoot at distances a SMG (pistol round) fucking sucks at.

A 11.5 or 14.5 AR works well. If its in a 'regular' vehicle, take the headrests out of it. Rely mainly on your pistol for quick Oh Shit moments and then keep your carbine wedged in your strong side seat/console crevice with the muzzle on the floorboard primarily so it doesn't fly around on an impact and is where you left it when its time to dismount (Rule #1 - Dont get out of the fucking vehicle unless youre told to. Rule #2 - Dont stop the fucking vehicle unless you're told to). Learn how to swim your seatbelt; I've seen more than a few times people wanting to get out of a vehicle and they are stunned for 3-4 seconds trying to comprehend the seatbelt thats holding them in. Another thing to note is if you're in a vehicle have eye protection that covers as much of your eye as it can on all the time; most people don't think about this until you have to shoot through a window that's a foot infront of your face. Additionally, windows that are shot through don't completely explode like they do in the movies either.

I love that Maxim brace you mentioned you ordered. Saw one on a pistol at my LGS/range the other day.
Looked them up and dang they are spendy! I like the buy once plan and will probably go with an SBa3 and a case of ammo.....

I also want to look at a folder set-up so I can stow in in a small backpack or sports bag.
Need to learn more about @padom using the MDT folder piece.
May be needing to do some custom sewing on a backpack to make this even better. Magholders and such.....
I use yuppy granola gear to blend in better here in Denver.

Keep posting boys, I am learning.

And I cant believe I liked one of Pirates posts..... ?

I didn't bite on the Maxim until I found a good deal. As it is, the vendor is now saying out of stock and discontinued, although Maxim still advertises them for sale on their site.

I've got the LAW folder but I don't think it would do me any good on the Maxim. Once you have the stock snugged all the way forward the steel "arms" (?!) embrace either side of the rear of the lower.

Just looked for the naziestist cock I could find . If ya liked it ya should put a wrang on it .?

So, you did a search for "Nazi cock," and that's all you came up with? Necks are gonna get "wranged" real soon ... :ROFLMAO:
