I noticed on my 5.5 x 22, that the elevation turret has gotten mushy, I can't really hear the click either. My windage knob is nice and crisp like it should be.

If I send it back to nightforce for repair how long will they take?

Thanks Corey

If it is a recent purchase and under warranty, call NF and they will get you taken care of pronto. The long wait is for reticle change/replacement, which is not the same priority as a warranty issue.

might be a stupid question, but did you rezero the turret and forget to tighten the screws on the cap? or did you not push the cap down far enough for the screws to catch? just a thought

Re: Got problem with my NF

If you have been using it for sometime it may have gotten dirty and the oil/lube on the O-ring has dried up.

Set the turret to 0 take the turret off. Clean the O-rings and the inside of the turret. Re-oil/lube the O-ring and inside of the turret and replace. Tighten and TEST.

Hope this helps.
