Wanted to give a big thumbs up to customer service at GRACE USA - Quality Gun Care Tools. I lost most of my stuff in a fire a while back and finally got around to replacing a roll pin punch set. Got a Grace set from Midway, however a week or so later I received an email from Midway that some of the sets sold were not properly heat treated and I could return them to Grace if I wanted to. I thought "yeah Right, what a pita" and expected the usual hoops to jump through. NOT SO. I got a UPS account number to use and a pickup, sent them to Grace, and in a week got a new proper set with a hand written apology note from Daniel Morrison, President, on his business card. For good measure, he threw in a brass hammer. Way to Go Grace.
