I decided to buy my wife a nice DSLR camera for our anniversary recently. I looked a few different places and finally remembered Camera Land. I new what features my wife wanted and what she was going to use it for and that was all I need. I placed a call to Camera Land and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with one of their sales reps. He steered my to a great camera, explained all the features and attachments, and gave me a great price. I wanted this to be a surprise which is kind of hard with a large purchase. They took my order and waited a week to process and ship it to my office. They got it there the day before our anniversary and it was in her hands before she had a chance to find out about it. That is the kind of service you can't get from a big box store.
