I call Ed brown about doing some work to my kobra carry light weight. It needed to be refinished and while there wanted some mill work done also. Chad was very nice, we spoke many times on the phone he answered quickly and gave the answer I was needing. I added extra work to be done 3 time each time he update the quote and email it to me
Very quickly. When I emailed him that I wanted to go ahead with the job he called within an hour to verify the quote and talk through job/timeline/shipping. Ed browns pricing for the work was very fair also.

End up getting
Gen 4 finish on complete gun
Carry cut on slide
Barrel flush cut
Top of slide flattend and serrated
Rear of slide serrated to match 10-8 rear site.

This is type of service I would expect from this level of gun builder.

Their customer service is top notch. I had my special forces crack a barrel bushing so I called Brown to get a replacement part coming.
The gun was probably two to three years old. I was not looking for warranty and not looking for a freebie. Just wanted to purchase a replacement.

They ended up telling me to send the pistol back they would custom fit the a new bushing, go over the gun and send it back free of charge.
It only took about a week or so to complete.

Life long Ed Brown guy even before this but this sealed the deal.
