I am a fan of the Kershaw Leek. It is one of my workhorse knives at office and in the house when I'm not using a larger knife outside. The steel keeps a good edge yet is not tough to sharpen and it is a one hand knife. I bought a couple as gifts. Thanks for the heads-up!
