I have their Evolution BMG chassis, and I tried to install the Ergo vertical grip. The screw hole on that grip is drilled very tightly, so that the screw actually threads into the plastic of the grip instead of rotating freely. Because of this, along with my idiotic failure to recognize when I was using too much force, I cross threaded the grip screw. I emailed XLR to ask for suggestions, really assuming this would have to be repaired either by them or a gunsmith for who knows how much money. They immediately sent a replacement trigger guard module for free. I'm definitely an XLR fan now.
