Based on watching the video, it appears to be milling grain of some sort.
Im not surprised you'd say that as you seem to be wiling to fuck damn near anything.
They power poverty and despair. If they powered progress and a better way of living, people would not be using 1000 year old wind powered bullshit to grind dribbles of grain on fucking rocks and baking bread over a dried cow shit fire.
And if they went with that long enough they could invent atomic bombs and blow up the world......Oh, wait.
