GrovTec kicks some serious butt! Please read!

So I call up GrovTec to order some threaded flush cups to install in my A5 stock. The lady I spoke to (Kim I think) told me they are not set up for credit cards (already knew that) and she asked me to mail in a check. Then she asked if I needed them fast, I said yes, there is a match/shoot this weekend that I would like to make. So he asks for my address and says to me, Ill get them to the post office today, just mail us a check when you get the chance. That is some great customer service right there folks! Just wanted to pass the info on.

I've had the same experience in the past but without the "need them fast" notation. Asked Kim for a part number/quantity and they were mailed out that day.

GrovTec does indeed kick ass in the customer service department...and product quality is excellent.

They have the best quality threaded flush cups. Kick ass customer service doesnt hurt either.

I have had the same experience with Kim I needed them fast so I could get a stock painted and GrovTec realy hit it out of the park.

ms. graham just shipped my second set of flush cups and HD sling swivels for a stock i have coming. you need to check out their new quick detach swivel stud. you can remove it and have a smooth bottomed stock for range work if you choose not to shoot off the bipod for any reason. uses the standard flush cups. pretty slick.
