Has anyone ever wondered what it would be like if just before the elevator door opened to your floor, someone disabled the cable or gear brake/lock out system which allowed free wheeling? Electricians & Mechanics like all other trades are shooters as well. I had said many times before......It was not really the lack of weapons that caused the victims of the Holocaust or the Stalinist roundups to die. It was optimism that killed them. They kept hoping that if they remain polite and obedient, the government thugs will not hurt them.

They should have realized that the gloves had came off LONG time ago. As soon as a few soldiers had been ambushed and dirt-napped in dark stairwells or hallways with knives and other tools, the fighting members of the community would have gotten brand new Mauser K-98's, Mosin's and maybe even a PPsh. Not to mention grenades. And these would have enabled them to get more weapons by killing more of the state's men coming to kill them.

The most important thing for all citizens to know, is when the gloves are off. Knowledge and preparation is HALF the equation of survival. Would anyone here knowingly venture into lion and jackal territory without a capable rifle, ammunition, spare firing pins and springs for the gun, and firestarting equipment?
