Gun Rest

If I am new to sighting in a scope, what would you suggest for a gun rest?

I was also wondering where y'all do your online shopping for scopes and bipods?

Sand bags are fine.
Many of the rifle rests and gun supports do have tendency to amplify any unintentional movement made by the shooter.

Lots of info in the optics section about where to look for glass.
Good bipods can be found in most better and higher end sporting goods stores.
