Gunman at UT in Austin Stopped by armed citizen

Not really. He shot himself. And to his credit he did not murder anyone before he shot himself. But how much better would it have been if a concealed weapons permit holder had stopped him before he could walk across campus firing multiple rounds in ever direction?
