Gunsmith Recommendation and Barrel recommendation

Who do you guys recommend for a gunsmith to install barrels and who do you recommend for barrels? And the best price...

this is for a Remington 700-223-LTR.

Did you ever think of going with a Remage Barrel? That is what I am doing with two Remington 700 actions I am building. The tools need are minimal, just a set of go/no-go gauges and barrel nut wrench to install. To take the barrel factory barrel off, you will need an action wrench and barrel vice.

Price is basically $300-$400 unless there is still a guy doing it for $250 that didn’t get the memo! I know a guy that does Savages for $150....advertised on his web site.
