Gunsmithing Gunsmith recommendation in Washington state

I am getting ready to do a custom bolt gun project, and would like to know who is highly recommended here in Washington state, I am in Snohomish county so the closer the better.

I know hes not on the wet side of the mountains, but you would be crazy not to call JD from HSSS. He is highly recommended by anyone who has had work done by him...which includes myself.
