Gunsmith recommendations for pre-64 M70 work

I'm looking to rebarrel and restock an old Win pre-64 M70 in 30-06. I'm looking to either bed the stock or fit a new stock,and rebarrel to 6.5-06. Could you guys recommend any good smiths to do the work? Thanks-
