Gunsmithing H-K Marked Hex Head Bolts?

I have an assortment of hex head screws marked H-K on the head; some are action screws and others are from random sources. Is the H-K mark just the roll mark of the mfg? Is it a hardened screw? Any advantage using the H-K marked screws instead of pulling something off the shelf at the ACE Hardware store?

Your screws are probably Holo Krome brand.
