was looking to buy one but, why are all of them destroyed like this? How would I be able to own one of these, will it have to be on a form 1 for being a sbr and a form 4 for auto(two stamps)?

do yourself a favor and get you an HK 94.

You only need one stamp for full auto, it covers sbr. The gun on broker cannot be rebuilt. It is a post 86 gun. If you are serious just find you a class III dealer to answer the questions. A real full auto mp5 will cost 15 to 18k, no exceptions. That gun on broker is worthless without a registered SBR reciever, and can neve be made full auto (legally)

Also, if you buy a long barreled HK 94 you can register it SBR yourself and pay the $200 stamp. I believe ATFE lets you do one per year on your own. Before you do anything like this though call your local class III.
