Don't want to assume anything, especially when it comes to reloading-so can one use reloading data interchangeably between these two powders?

Do they produce the same pressure/burn rate? I just want to be on the safe side of things.

Yes they are the same the only difference is the 'sc' is short cut. The regular H4831 and H4831 sc are interchangeable.

While the burn rate values are the same between the two, the original H-4831 is longer and takes up more room in the case. If you find yourself using compressed loads, the H-4831-SC may be better for your recipe. Other than that, one for one in recipe.
