Rifle Scopes handi optic suggestion

I am looking for optics my handi 300 blkout. I am debating on several options below. I am trying not to spend too much, though mainly looking for good value.

optics considering
bushnell banner 1.75-4.75
vortex cross fire 2x7
nikon pro staff 2x7

anyone have any better suggestions? I am mainly looking for low power glass, illumination would be nice but not necessary.
