Our IPSC AC zone Swinger is designed to slip over a standard T Post with no tools!
The IPSC plate is reversible because nothing is welded to it. Simply unbolt the hanging bracket on the rear and reverse it. The only welds are on the bracket NOT THE PLATE, keeping the integrity of the AR500 intact. Our pivot tubes have a full 16 inches of weld making "break offs" impossible. Other manufactures will weld the tube to the back of the AR500 plate using a few "spots" (to keep the heat down). Some will even guarantee the weld if you send the plate back for repair.....:facepalm: Since we don't weld on the AR500 we can weld this critical component properly making it FAIL SAFE !
Our swinger plates have hand ground pivots to mitigate galling and chatter. The sharp edges on the pivot leg will dig into the softer steel in the pivot tube causing the swinger plate to malfunction after a just a few rounds. By rounding all these contact points we can guarantee a smooth chatter free pivot for the life of the target. No tools needed to change plates. 3 sizes available 4, 6 and 8 inch in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch AR500.
No heavy bases to haul around and try to stabilize in rough terrain. The T POST will never rock, tilt or fall over!! Leave it in the ground (where possible) and it will be there when you come back because nobody ever steals a T Post.
