La Fhe`ile Pa`draig!
Tis a brisket wi a wee bit o' Whiskey 'pon it and apple cider beneath it. Red potatoes, cabbage, and carrots go in at the last 40 minutes to finish. The apple whiskey glaze is smelling oh so good! To celebrate me San Patricio's a bottle of Tres Generacions is going with a few pints o Guinness and Smithwicks!
