Gunsmithing Harbinger Specifications?

I recently bought a GA Precision Remington 308 from a Hide member. I'm trying to find out alittle more information on the build. What are <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="text-decoration: underline">Harbinger specifications</span></span>? Can anyone help?
