Has anyone done a recolor of a tent rain fly?

I came into possession of a camping tent and I love the features of the tent.
However I do not love the color of the rain fly.
I am seeking light weight options for recoloring the rain fly.
Rain fly is a royal blue and I am trying to recolor it to a Sand or FDE.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
