I don't think that it is currently offered in left hand.Not sure if it was in the past.You could get a current left hand SPS Varmint http://www.remington.com/products/firearms/left-hand/model-700-sps-varmint-lh.aspx and re-stock it into something better of your choice. Pretty much the same action and barrel as a PSS but in LH and a different finish.
