Rifle Scopes Having trouble finding a scope.

I'm looking for a scope for my cz452 in 22lr.
I know what I want but I'm having trouble finding a scope that fits my needs.

I love the SWFA SS 10x42HD.
But I think the 10x is too high for a 22lr. I would love it if it was a 3-9x42.

Here's what I'm looking for:
2-10 power (doesn't have to be that exactly just a range)
Mil-Mil
30mm
Adjustable Parallax (it is only a 22.)
Durability (no mushy knobs, and it can take hard use)
Tracks well.
Price, well I'd like to keep it cheap. But I would pay around $800 with rings if I got the specs I really wanted. I don't mind paying for quality, and I hate buying junk.

In all my searching I haven't seen much that fits this criteria. What can you guys recommend? Is there a good place to search scopes by criteria?

Bushnell Elite Tactical 3-12x44mm FFP Mil/Mil and focuses down to 20 yds.

Falcon Menace 4.5-14x44mm FFP Mil/Mil and focuses down to 10 yds.

Never mind. Researched my own. They're a little too cheap for my needs.
