So I am on a wait list for a Seekins Havok HIT Pro in 6.5CM. But I see the there's a pretty good sale on the Solus. Is the Seekins worth the extra $500?

Thanks!

Solus, and If you ever want to change the caliber, you can buy an Origin prefit. And all you need is an action wrench, torque wrench, and a barrel vise.

Valid question.

I like my Seekins Havak bravo. And the Hit chassis was supposedly purpose built for PRS.

I’d be curious what stock trigger the Solus and the HIT are using. A guy needs to handle both rifles extensively to decide if the chassis have the adjustability and feel you want.

Also, assuming the actions are both good, I’d be curious if barrels are comparable; barrel is the core of accuracy.

I think I saw someone say the Solus comes with a TriggerTech. Maybe @John.Warren4 can confirm for us...

All you need for a barrel change on the Hit is a T15 torx driver and your two bare hands. One if you're a gorilla.
