Have a HawkeSportOptics Scope w/ MAP recticle on my Scorpyd RDT-125 crossbow. Fixed 3x power with red and green rheostats. Awesome glass for hunting!
The optical quality is great, price point reasonable, and construction is heavy-duty.

I don't mind at all doing the calculations on ranging. This is the way I learned, so I am comfortable with it. I am looking at picking up the 20X version for my Savage 10PC5R shortly.
