Precision Rifle Gear Hawkins Tank ST brake - opinions?

Looking for some info on this brake. I like the way it torqued on and off, and how it stays in time.

Does it reduce the blast to the shooter by a noticeable amount? I'm looking for something that's nearly as good at reducing recoil as an angled brake, but without so much blast.

Looks similar in design to what is on my 110 FCP from the factory. Great recoil reduction. Keeping in mind i never shoot at a range, but out in my open field lying prone on my step deck semi trailer or off hand, i don't feel any blast for concussion at all. Obviously never tried without hearing pro, but i seen no difference in either with this rifle or one with no brake other than recoil.

EDIT, this is on a 300 PRC.
