So, this crap passed in IL requiring finger prints for ever gun purchase, renewal of FOID card, private transfers criminalized etc. and we can’t even get voter id across the board? Um, how is this not infringement?

Simply amazing that it took 15 or 16 months for my foid renewal but they want to implement all this shit. Yep, that's a brilliant idea. It still won't change the shootings in Chicago, just makes it harder for law abiding people.
Exactly. And if requiring ID for voting is somehow infringing on voting then this is certainly an infringement on the 2A. I wonder if this will got to USSC?? I mean if I got to go through that kind of hassle then I’m gonna NFA everything. Wait, but that’s illegal there in IL isn’t it. Man no way I’d live there.
I don't even like driving through IL.
Someone is going to have to challenge this and push it back through the court system but it is going to cost a lot of money and time.

I would be surprised if it goes to court unless GOA or NRA-IL takes a run at it. As gun owners we seem to be reluctant to fight for our rights.
