Hello all, I’m new here and I made this account specifically to ask this question. Has anyone tried using hexagonal boron nitride used to coat bullets along with a chrome bore? I got a new barrel for an M1 and I’m trying to squeeze out every bit of accuracy out of my handloads. One concern is that the lube won’t be able to embed in the harder chromium surface. But I figure there may still be a benefit to having less friction from the jacket side of the equation.
