Headspace question

Getting ready to start reloading for both my 300WSM and 30-06. Reading tutorials, guides and watching videos. Came across the above info in my FN’s paperwork but not entirely sure how to use it. How do I use this?

The headspace measurement FN provided. Is 1.726-1.7275 a min/max measurement? Really very green here.

That’s the length from the bottom of the case to the middle of the shoulder

That headspace measurement is what the factory set your rifle's chamber to. The only measurement you need to be aware of is the measurement off of the shoulders of your fired cases. You will then set your F/L sizing die to move the shoulder back .001"-.002". This will insure you're not oversizing your brass and should get good brass life expectancy.
