Suppressors Helena MT cleo sign off?

I was hoping if their are any fellow hide members that live in Helena MT that have purchased a suppressor here can tell me if the cleo for Helena signs off on suppress transfers or do I need to get a trust going? and if I need a trust lawyer if you have any recommendations?
