I recently got into the sport of long range shooting, but have been in the gun world for few years now. I just bought a AXMC 300WM from another Hider. I am still looking for a decent scope.
I would love to learn as much as I can from this forum.

Hahaha, Thanks! angeles shooting range has up to 650 yards, but we do drive out to the desert as well. It's tough out here.

I go to Angeles semi-regularly as well. I have a couple spots in the desert that go out to 1300 easily and out to a mile if you orient everything right.

Angeles for 600 and in and quick drive. And they’ve got a rock at 1024yds I shoot at sometimes to confirm dope a little, but California tactical in Piru has steel to 1016, so I go there when I really need to get good distance feedback.
