Help! 162gr ELDmatch (AMAX) and H4350/IMR4451 (7mm mag)

Hey all, please if you could help, I would appreciate it. I share a Hornady reloading book with a friend of mine and he is moving currently, so its all boxed up and un-reachable at the moment. I am trying to start some load development for the ELD Match (for a match this Sunday no less) and I just need to know starting and max loads out of the book for the 162eld/162amax (same bullet) and both H4350 and IMR4451.

According to the Hodgdon website this works for the 162 grain class and should do well as a reference
Hodgdon H4350 55.0 Vel 2,677 43,400 CUP 58.0 Vel 2,799 49,400 CUP

IMR 4451 53.9 Vel 2,755 51,200 PSI 58.7 Vel 2,938 59,200 PSI
