Like the title states, I'm looking to start load development with the 185 Berger Juggernaut in my 308 S&W M&P 10 18" barrel 1/10 twist. I had some CBC factory ammo I broke the gun in with and am going to try to use this brass for now. Not looking to use expensive Lapua brass here. I'll be using 210m primers. I have RL-17, RL-15, IMR 4064, on hand. I'm open to suggestions and will try other powders if I need to? Anyone have a pet load they like? I'm trying to get out to 1000y?

    Thanks, IanHusaberg

My experience says 2650 with 185's is really fast out of an 18" gas gun but if you get that, you will be kicking ass. I usually get around 2600-2650 in 16 and 18" guns with 168's. All 3 of the powders listed will probably work. Check 3 sources, start low and find an ocw.
