Hello I looking to get back into my silhouette matches again I hit some hard times and had to sell two of my rifles. With that being said the choices I'm looking at are the Savage 12FV , Remington 783 , Ruger American, . I picked these three riles because I'm on budget and all of there rifles will be heavy barreled and chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor or .308. The question I have is I need to change the stock to get rid of the crappy factory stocks but I'm trying to find one that's good for off hand shooting I'm looking for suggestions any help would greatly be appreciated.
