Anyone have a suggestion or experience fixing this? I can't detatch the ends to get heat shrink on. Wondering if anyone has a slick idea, if not electrical tape it is! And no, I can't just buy new ear pro right now. Thanks in advance!!

Send an email to the manufacturer and see if they can send you a new cable. Those flat white connectors should be removable. Or measure the connector and try to make a new one. not sure if this is the right plug, but it should be easy. Lots of components available on digi-key as well
