Help Identifying Bullet

I purchased 6.5 140 gr soft point bullets from Rocky Mountain Reloading earlier this year and forgot what they are.

They are a soft point but look more like a hollow point that's been filled with lead. There is no visible lead looking from the side.

Has anyone else purchased these and done a load workup?

I'm about to start load workup and would appreciate any experience.
