It's been a while, but have considered getting back into precision shooting. As part of the effort, I picked up an old Mark 4 at a police auction. The scope came with Mark 4 rings, and a top ring rail of some kind. I haven't a clue what it is. I figure if anybody would know, the members of the Hide certainly would.
