Help ID'ing a scope.

Its a leupold 3.5x10. That's I really know about it. I called them up to see if they had more info via the serial number but it outdates there new system. I has a mil-dot reticule and im not well versed in the topic but it looks like MOA adjustments? Any help IDing this would be great!

Should be written on the obj bell ring, prob on the bottom. Looks like an old Vari-X III.
