Looking for some help and experiance.

I received my Bix TacSport Pro Trigger today and tried to install it in my Impact 737 action hanger. The trigger pins fit fine in the hanger but seam to be to big for my Bix Trigger.

I measured them and the holes and the pins seam to be .0005 or so smaller on the trigger but that could just be my error measuring. All of my other trigger pins seam to slid in much easier in the past so I think something is off.

Looking for some experiance from anyone else that’s running this combo. Impact has been awesome so I figured I would reach out tomorrow as well.

    Get a bigger hammer.

Seriously, don't do that. Email impact and see if they know about it. I'll bet you that they help out and possibly have trigger pins they can send you. I've seen this once before, and all I did was get a new dowel pin and the problem went away. I did have to lightly polish it to get it to fit. Worked a charm.

Thanks man.... that’s what I did. (Not the hammer part) and emailed them. Not in a crazy rush so we will see.

So I ended up reaching out to bullet central let me say they were awesome to talk to. I feel like a shmuck and I can’t remember his name but he personally called me and we talked through the issues that it could be.

Long story short we came to the conclusion that it seamed that the trigger pins were too thick and needed to be shaved down.

So I took out the good old Dremel! Scary I know but I figured if I screw up a trigger pin I trigger pin. So I ended up sanding / filed down the trigger pin and it worked!!!

Thank you all for the response and thank you bullet central!
