Rifle Scopes HELP- Measurement needed!

I need to make a 30 moa scope rail & need to know the difference in thickness for both ends of a 4" rail.Or any known length or per inch & I can go from there. Thanks in advance!

Lessee, 30 MOA=0.5 deg. On a 4" radius that would be 4*tan(0.5) the difference in height from one end to the other would be 0.034907 close enough.
