Night Vision Help , talk me off the ledge

[Night Assassin]

So as many of you know ranging in the dark is impossible without the use of a SilCo radius or such.
Well I'm about ready to purchase a Wilcox Raptar S version with the Ballistics solver built in . It is an expensive device but with cupon codes and a sale going on I can get it for $5800. Ive got 13 hours before a code expires that saves me @$700. Help me decide, any one have any Pros or Cons?

Also, Optics Planet (the break bulk store we love to hate) shows "S" RAPTAR for $6,600 ... and with "always available" 10% off that would take you down to $5,940 right ? So, I think you can get a RAPTAR for pretty close to $5,800 any time.

Wig I’m reading this correctly that has a ballistic solver and also correct? And up to 5000 meters?
