Rifle Scopes Help w/Rings...

So I took the plunge and purchased my USO Scope, and need to get a set of rings for it. The objective is 58mm

and I'm planning a Badger 20 MOA base for my Rem 700 w/5R barrel.

So, will rings that are 1.125" high work? Seems like they should, without being too high - nor hitting the barrel.

Math says yes....

58mm x .5 = 29mm (centerline of tube)
29mm = 1.14"

Given the height of the base, and small step up from barrel to action, you should clear the remaining .015
