help with 22 rimfire competition set up

I just got my membership at the local indoor range
its 50 yards and they already make IPSC competiton
the guy's are showing interest in 22 tactical competition
and I was selected to make one
no metal target are allowed since it is indoor
my question is what can I do to make it interesting
would like to make the course in a way not to advantage the semi auto to the bolt action
have a lot of target used for these competition
so those who have participated in some could you ether give me advice or link so I could get a idea and make this first shoot a success

What do you mean by 22 "tactical" comp.
If its just something other than shooting from the bench, this is a good start.

it will be different positions
and some limited by time factor in every positions
and multiple targets at same time with different distances
