Help with being able to PM?

I am not seeing the option to private message someone when clicking on their account. Is there a secret code to your settings that makes it available?

You do not have enough post yet or to new @Lowlight said it will be that way for awhile due to scammers. I don’t know how many posts you need to be able to start using the PMs.

5 year member on newbie lockdown

Hi, Been low power user for years and have lost the ability to send PMs, even to ask for support. I wouldn’t say I am a high quality member, but also don’t know why I am being treated like I just signed up. Can’t even buy an upgrade. How do I get out of the brig? Thanks
