I have a Tikka T3X CTR that I just put into a Bravo Chassis. My plan is to put a 4-15x50 scope with 30mm rings on it. Do I need to replace the factory picatinny rail with another? What height mount should I use? Was looking at Spuhr and Geissele for the mount but open to suggestions. If I left out any other vital information let me know and I will include it.

Rifle is not going to be used for hunting. Strictly range gun and eventually want to get into some competitions.

Adding some information that will hopefully get some advice. I pulled the trigger on a Nightforce SHV F1, 4-14x50, and added a 20moa Area 419 rail. Will a 1" tall scope mount work? My options are 1", 1.25" or go Spuhr and get the 1.18" and cry over the price.

1" should be fine. I have a CTR 6.5cm in a Bravo chassis with a PST Gen II 5-25x50 with Vortex PMR 0.87" rings and Area 419 20moa rail. It just clears the factory barrel with the Vortex Defender scope covers.

Mine is the green bravo:
