Help with twist for 243 Catbird

What twist would be recommended for 243 Catbird using Hammer 88 gr at 3700-3800 or Berger 105-115’s at 3500+?

Dont know how long a hammer is, but a 115 berger would be right at 1.49sg with a 3700 fps muzzle velocity, at sea level, using 7.75 twist.
